About Atriverse

While the world chases grand visions, we solve what's actually ruining your Tuesday.

Atriverse is a problem-solving economy. Real people submit real problems. When ten people share a problem, we build the solution — together. And the people who surfaced it co-own what gets built.

HonestTransparentCollective

"Most platforms are built around what's profitable to build. We wanted to build what's actually needed — and let the people who need it help decide what that is."

Saurav — Founder, Atriverse · Hong Kong

Where this came from

The problem with problem-solving.

Most technology is built by people guessing what other people need. The result is thousands of apps solving the same ten problems — productivity, communication, entertainment — while the problems that actually matter to most people go untouched.

The person struggling to understand why their relationship keeps hitting the same walls doesn't have a billion-dollar company looking out for them. Neither does the adult who moved cities and doesn't know how to make real friends. Neither does the founder in Delhi who sees a gap but has no technical background to build anything.

Atriverse started from a simple frustration: the gap between problems people actually have and the solutions that actually exist. We wanted to close it — not by guessing what those problems are, but by asking.

What makes this different

Not a marketplace. Not a community. Something new.

How most platforms work
Built on assumptions

Product managers decide what to build based on market research, competitor analysis, and what investors want to fund.

Users pay and consume. They have no say in what gets built and no stake in what succeeds.

Revenue goes to founders and investors. The people whose pain informed the solution earn nothing from its success.

Pricing is set to maximise extraction. You're a customer, not a partner. The goal is to charge as much as you'll bear.

Problems get built when they're profitable — so niche, unsexy, and underserved problems go unbuilt.

How Atriverse works
Built on real problems

Real people decide what gets built by submitting problems. Ten confirmations and we build. The community is the product manager.

Users become co-owners. Every person who co-submitted a problem earns 1% of the solution's revenue — from day one, forever.

Revenue is split transparently. 70% to the partner who built it. 30% covers our actual costs — published monthly. Nothing hidden.

Pricing covers costs, nothing more. We tell you exactly what each solution costs to run. You pay when scale requires it. Not before.

Problems get built because people need them — not because they're profitable. The ten-vote threshold is the only filter.

The three words we live by

Not values. Commitments.

Anyone can write values on a wall. These are things we can be held to. Here's the evidence.

Honest
01 / 03
We tell you things that are uncomfortable to say

If your problem hasn't got enough votes, we tell you. If a solution isn't ready, we tell you. If our costs are rising, we tell you first. Honesty isn't a tone — it's a practice.

In practice

Every app page shows its real status — Live, Beta, or Coming. We don't call something Live when it's still being tested. We tell you what you're actually getting before you commit to anything.

Transparent
02 / 03
Our books are open. You can see everything.

What it costs to run each solution. What we charge. What we keep. What goes to partners and co-submitters. Updated monthly. No footnotes, no accounting tricks.

In practice

Our monthly infrastructure costs are published on the Transparency page. Our 70/30 split is fixed and public. Every co-submitter sees exactly what they've earned, when it was paid, and how it was calculated.

Collective
03 / 03
The people who surface a problem own the solution

Not metaphorically. Literally. Every co-submitter holds a permanent 1% stake in the solution's revenue. The more people it helps, the more everyone earns.

In practice

Chamatkar has 31 co-owners. GLOW has 28. Each earns 1% of monthly revenue, paid weekly, with no minimum threshold. To date, co-submitters have collectively earned more than the founding team from individual solutions.

What it actually costs

Our running costs. Published every month.

"We don't inflate our costs to justify higher prices. We publish our actual numbers and charge what it costs to keep things running — nothing more."

Cloud infrastructure (Supabase + Vercel)$1,580
AI API costs (Claude, embeddings)$2,280
Payment processing (Stripe)$340
Legal, compliance, domain$220
Customer support tooling$180
Total · June 2026$4,600 / month

What we promise about money.

📊

These numbers are real. Not estimates. Our actual invoices from our actual providers, published the first of every month.

💰

When our costs go down, prices go down. If AI gets cheaper — and it is — we pass that on. We don't use savings to increase margins.

🔔

We tell you before we charge. When a free solution starts costing enough to require a contribution, you hear about it 30 days in advance with the exact number and reason.

📋

No hidden revenue streams. We don't sell your data. We don't take ad revenue. The 30% platform share is our only income. Full stop.

A note from the founder

I've spent years in leadership development, watching organisations solve the wrong problems. Not because they were bad at their jobs — but because they were too far from the people experiencing the problem to understand it properly.

Atriverse came from a simple question: what if the people with the problem were also the people who built the solution?

I'm building this from Hong Kong, across ventures that span AI tools, skincare, fitness, music, relationships, and leadership. What they have in common is that every one started with a real person with a real problem that nobody had bothered to solve properly yet.

I'm not interested in building the next big platform. I'm interested in a million people solving a million problems — and each of them earning from what they create.

If that resonates with you — as a user, a partner, or a co-builder — I'd love to hear from you.
