Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you sign in with a third-party provider such as Google, you are also bound by that provider’s terms. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Atriverse is a problem-solving platform. People submit real problems, vote and stake on them, and collaborate to build solutions. Some contributors may become eligible to earn from solutions they help create, subject to separate written arrangements that describe the specific terms for each solution.

You keep ownership of the problems, comments, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Service.
• Post content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service.
• Misuse the platform to spam, scrape, or harvest data without permission.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Atriverse and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or its users.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome or earnings will result from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atriverse and A3 Partners Pte Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
