Refund Policy

When you pledge, your card is saved but not charged until the app’s pledge deadline. If the app doesn’t reach its goal, nothing is charged. You can cancel a pledge any time before the deadline by emailing us.

If an app you bought access to doesn’t work as described, ask within 14 days for a full refund.

Tips are voluntary gifts and are normally non-refundable. If you tipped by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we will refund it.

• Email info@atriverse.com from the address you paid with.
• Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 working days.
• Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
