The Service is operated by A3 Partners Pte Ltd (“Atriverse”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided directly or through a sign-in provider such as Google.
• Content you submit — the problems, votes, stakes, applications, and messages you create on the platform.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service secure and working.

When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive a limited set of information from your Google Account:

• Your basic profile (name and profile picture), and
• Your email address.

We use this information solely to create and manage your Atriverse account, identify you within the Service, and communicate with you about your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, YouTube, or other Google services through this application.

Some products that launch on the Atriverse platform may separately request additional Google permissions (for example Calendar, Gmail, or YouTube). When they do, each product presents its own consent screen and privacy terms at the time you connect it — this application itself only requests your basic profile and email.

• To create, secure, and operate your account.
• To provide the core features of the Service — submitting and matching problems, voting, staking, and building solutions.
• To communicate with you about your account, activity, and important updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure, database, and authentication, acting on our instructions.
• Legal reasons — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@atriverse.com. You may also revoke Atriverse’s access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

We operate from Singapore and may process your information in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
