Privacy Policy

The Service is operated by A3 Partners Pte Ltd (“Atriverse”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect only what we need to run the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided directly or through a sign-in provider such as Google.
• Content you submit — the problems, votes, stakes, applications, and messages you create on the platform.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the Service secure and working.
• Payment records — amount, currency, status and the Stripe reference for tips, pledges and purchases (no card numbers).
• AURA conversations — what you type into the AURA chat, saved to your account if you are signed in so you can pick up later.

When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive a limited set of information from your Google Account:

• Your basic profile (name and profile picture), and
• Your email address.

We use this information solely to create and manage your Atriverse account, identify you within the Service, and communicate with you about your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, YouTube, or other Google services through this application.

Some products that launch on the Atriverse platform may separately request additional Google permissions (for example Calendar, Gmail, or YouTube). When they do, each product presents its own consent screen and privacy terms at the time you connect it — this application itself only requests your basic profile and email.

Atriverse (A3 Partners Pte Ltd) is the publisher of every app in the ecosystem, and all of them share a single Atriverse account and a single Google consent screen. Most apps request only basic sign-in information. A live, app-by-app list of every Google permission requested across the ecosystem is published at atriverse.com/google-data.

Today, Aura Connect — our private messaging and personal-AI app at connect.atriverse.com — is the app that requests Google data beyond sign-in. If you choose to connect your Google Account to it, it requests the following scopes, each for a specific, limited purpose:

• openid, email, profile — to sign you in and identify your account.
• gmail.readonly — to read your inbox so Aura can surface priority emails and summarise what needs your attention. This is read-only; we cannot send, delete, or modify your email.
• gmail.compose — to create draft replies in your Gmail Drafts folder for your review. Drafts are never sent automatically; you review and send them yourself from Gmail. We deliberately do not request the permission that would let the app send mail.
• calendar.readonly — to display your Google Calendar events inside the app.
• calendar.events — to create or update calendar events, only for events you explicitly confirm in the app.

Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide the features described above. Specifically, this data is:

• Not used for advertising — we never use Google user data to serve, personalize, or target ads.
• Not sold — we do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or information resellers.
• Not used to train models — we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
• Not read by humans — except for debugging with your explicit consent, or where required for security or legal compliance.

Connecting Google is entirely optional. To disconnect, go to Settings > Connections in the app and tap Disconnect Google; this revokes access immediately. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your Google data immediately, and you may request deletion of any stored Google-derived data by contacting us at privacy@atriverse.com.

Atriverse is the home base for a family of apps and experiences built by and with the community. Each satellite app — such as Aura Connect by Atriverse, Wooo by Atriverse, and others hosted on subdomains of atriverse.com or partner domains — operates under its own product name and may request its own Google permissions when it needs them.

When a satellite app requests Google API access, it presents its own consent screen and privacy terms, clearly names the app as [Product] by Atriverse, and explains exactly which Google scopes it uses and why. Those apps are responsible for their own Google API Services disclosures, and their use of Google data also adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use requirements.

You can sign in to any satellite app with your Atriverse account through our central hub at atriverse.com/hub/signin. Signing in through the hub only shares your basic Atriverse profile and email; any additional Google permissions are requested directly by the satellite app on its own consent screen.

Google permissions are managed centrally. Because every Atriverse app shares one Google OAuth client on the verified atriverse.com domain, you grant Google access once and can review or withdraw it in one place — your Atriverse permissions page. That page also lists every satellite app your account has signed into and lets you revoke any of them individually.

To disconnect a satellite app from your Google Account, visit your Google Account permissions page or use the disconnect option inside that app's Settings. Questions about a specific satellite app should be sent to info@atriverse.com.

• To create, secure, and operate your account.
• To provide the core features of the Service — submitting and matching problems, voting, staking, and building solutions.
• To communicate with you about your account, activity, and important updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Service providers — trusted vendors that host our infrastructure, database, and authentication, acting on our instructions.
• Payments — tips, pledges and private-app purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• AI processing — messages you type into the AURA chat are sent to Anthropic (Claude) to generate a reply and solution blueprint. They are not used to train Anthropic’s models under our commercial terms.
• Legal reasons — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@atriverse.com. You may also revoke Atriverse’s access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to keep the Service secure. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) to count page views and key actions in aggregate. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

We operate from Singapore and may process your information in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
